Bedroom Fengshui for Sexual Energy

Today the discussion is about Bedroom Fengshui – how to improve your sex life through the way that you arrange your bedroom. Fengshui is actually a 3000 year old art out of China. It has to do with how to balance the energy in your home. A lot of it is fairly common sense. But I thought I would give you a couple of general ideas versus going to an actual consultant or doing all the heavy duty formulas. I could at least give you a few little tips in order to make your bedroom a little more sex friendly. Basically what you want to do is balance the energies in your room. Your bedroom should feel like a sanctuary, like some place you want to come home to that is inviting. Whether that is high thread count sheets, good bedding, or nice sliding. I suggest using colors that are kind of cool and calming. Moreover, as much everyone believes you should have a mirror at your ceiling, in regards to Fengshui, mirrors actually activates chi in the bedroom. So we actually want to keep the mirrors in the bathroom at this point.

If you are going to have art around the room, just make sure that you do not have tones of pictures of family, friends and kids. This is because you do not want anything to distract you from who you are with. If you start thinking about a picture of a family member during sex, that’s probably not the best case scenario. Live plants are really great to have in the bedroom. They actually provide positive chi to the bedroom. Include things that make you feel good. Things like different books that you enjoy, or candles or aroma therapy. Any scent that you actually find appeasing. Many people find orange scent or peppermint for the bedroom to actually create a little energy. If you want to go soothing where you can actually get more sleep, lavender is really nice for that. Ultimately the position of the bed is probably one of the most important things in your bedroom. You want the head of the bed to be against the wall and not under a window so that way you won’t feel inhibited during sex. The foot of the bed should be the first thing you see when you come into the bedroom. It helps to focus the bedroom, and create a positive chi in the centre of the room. Ultimately your bedroom should feel like a sanctuary. Avoid clutter because otherwise your sex life and your mind will feel cluttered. Finally, it should allow you to really feel like you have some place to go and decompress and really enjoy and relax into sex.
