Today’s sex tip has to do with getting over body image shame. so most of us growing up in this patriarchy and women in particular have grown up of having a major negative issues about their body and how that translate sexually. What I suggest you do is find a couple of really great exercises that allow you to really get more into your body. Whether that’s exercise, dance, yoga. And what you can do is really just pay attention to how you feel within your skin when you’re doing those exercises. And I suggest journaling about how you feel about them and if you feel like you’re stuck in a particular issue, find a professional who can help you work through that.
