What this does is lengthen your hamstrings and helps you to build strength in your pelvis. What you want to do is basically put your feet a little farther apart than shoulder width length.
And you want to slowly exhale down and basically – so that your chin comes right over the mat. The next posture is Bridge Pose. Make sure that you have your feet firmly planted about shoulder width apart. Slowly raise your pelvis up and clasp your fingers underneath your hips. What this does is it activates your thyroid with extra pressure on the neck. And that helps you increase arousal and regulates your thyroid. It also brings all this extra blood flow to your pelvis so that you can have great orgasms.
