And I think it’s the same with the people here today. If you’re watching, feel free to move and stretch. Keep stretching and breathing and bring it into your body. It is really necessary for being able to dance. It squeezes the muscles, squeezes the veins, and increases the blood flow into the heart which makes your heart beat faster, makes you breathe more and wakes you up. Keep stretching and bring it all the way out and out of you. And it feels really good. It’s not about being limber; it’s not about being smooth or being slick. It’s about being comfortable in your skin. If you’re comfortable in your skin, you can dance with your partner.
